How to Achieve Your Goals Faster

1. Focus on the quality that having that goal accomplished will give you and embody that right NOW! 

If the new job will give you FREEDOM that you desire. Instead of focusing how you lack freedom now. Ask yourself everyday, how can I incorporate more freedom in my life right now. Can I choose to run outside at lunch or whatever behavior that brings you the essence of feeling FREE.

The embodiment of freedom will put you in the resonance to attract more of that. Science teaches us like attracts like so the more you operate from that quality the faster it will come to you.

If the new relationship will give you PASSION. Instead of dwelling on how you are lonely right now. Ask yourself everyday, how can I experience more passion in my life every day.

2. Let go of attachment to how it will come to you. 

Many people get caught up in HOW we think the Career change, relationship, or new source of income will look. We get very laser focused and are looking so hard at one spot and saying where is it that we miss a million other ways it can come to us.

I was guilty myself. I was intending to manifest a ticket to an expensive conference. I was wondering why the conference organizer was not calling when all the while a comp ticket to the conference was sitting in my email and I had not checked my junk email. When I surrendered and said, if it is meant for me show me how to pay for this and suddenly my friend who also wanted to go texted me and said check your junk mail our free ticket is here.

It is about taking yourself out of the limited view of your life that is laser focused on lack and zooming out and trusting that the Universe is conspiring for your good. Your expansion and living on purpose benefits all therefore you will and are supported, always.

3. Keep your vibration high. 

Many people say to me after hearing me speak, you have such positive energy or I love your energy. It is not accidental that my energy is positive. Every day I take steps to keep it at a high level so I can be of service to inspire you all and because I enjoy feeling good. :)

Here is my personal happiness chart. I encourage you to create your own and when you feel a dip in your mood employ one of you energy boosters.

  1. Music: Stevie Wonder is on right now.
  2. Dancing: Salsa, Samba, Hip Hop.
  3. Hot Yoga: It stills my mind and opens me up to my intuition.
  4. Kissing. This one involves another person so not ideal but when possible it is an instant booster.
  5. Meditation: I have tons of meditation music for you on my YOUTUBE channel. Subscribe at: DeborahDerasLive.com.

  7. Motivational Content: I listen to inspirational speakers on Youtube, Audible, Soundcloud. I am an auditory learner so anytime I can hear the words of inspiration when I forget it for myself because I am in a funky mood I get back on track.
